Our model is unique. We have no gyms or equipment. We cater to luxury apartment residents only. In each market, we select the top 25 buildings to work in. We provide personal training and nutrition coaching to the residents in their building's fitness center for convenience while serving as a free, value-added service to your community.

"They started advertising to my residents in September 2024. 3 of my residents (that I know of) work out with their trainer Michaela and say they love her. They also let me book group classes once a month for free. DASH even makes the class flyer for me to distribute. Residents understand they are not affiliated with us and they advertise their own services through social media. I like that they only show up here if a resident reaches out and hires them. Really no downside at all. Just more value for my residents. I'm glad they are marketing to my community."
"DASH has been great. Although they're not technically a vendor, they have given us another amenity we can use on tour. I manage a high-rent asset where residents are busy. This type of service is the kind of thing that really excites them. I like that they only pick the top buildings to offer services in. The 3 closest luxury apartment buildings to me aren't being serviced by DASH PT, so I use that as a sales tool to give my building a bit of a competitive advantage with prospects. I have 6 residents working with DASH trainers that I know of and resident feedback has been great."
